First and foremost is consumer privacy is if I give a Web site information then I expect them to do with that information, what they said in their terms and service. But I have to understand that what information I give to them is now their information.
So what I expect is that consumer privacy is if I'm giving up that information they're going to tell me how they're going to use that information. And stick by it.
